WLR offers a range of services including CAD drafting in 2D or 3D and full electronic modelling. To complement this we have an inspection department with the latest CNC Co-Ordinate measuring machines with Scanning ability including CNC Vision.
WLR can also manipulate most electronic model files including surfaces and import these into our full featured programming package for the creation of CNC programmes upto 5 simultaneous axis. All of our Milling machines have Renishaw Probes and Laser tool measurement plus System 3R bed plates.
WLR operate a double shift in a fully air conditioned manufacturing environment, an automated ultrasonic wash system ensures all parts are clean, this coupled with an electronic tool distribution system ensures part continuity.
WLR offers traceability of all parts and materials as standard.
